I am so upset from hurt that inwardly I am getting sicker and sicker. I hurt inside from the painful thoughts that come in with the hurt. Little relief right now and no good way to handle this pain. I try but this is over my head. Maybe I should get in touch with the therapist I am working with. My appointment is not until Monday.

Since this issue is making you sicker all the time I would definitely get in touch with your T. You need some help and Monday is not soon enough.
Thanks for this!

I think you're right. This sounds like a good time to get in touch with your therapist. I'm always glad when I have.
