Does anyone have a hard time going to the eye doctor due to exaggerated startle response?

I haven't been for 15 years and I am going today and I am feeling high anxiety.

Hi Raceka

I don't think I have ever been to an eye doctor...

But I can relate with the exaggerated startle response I endure during my dental visits....UUGGGHHH....My dentist and his assistant are aware of this and are very slow and talking to me as they prepare to do anything!

Good luck,
Dee
