You are in the right place. I'm sorry that you are going through this. I'm also sorry that I can't offer you some good advice. I am married to a man who verbally and emotionally abuses me. He has been abusive to me for the past 16 years. I stay with him for my kids. I don't want them to have to be alone with him. Please don't go back to your boyfriend. It won't get better. My husbands abuse and moodiness is escalating as I have been working with my t to claim back some of me. Do you have a t that you can talk to about this? Take care. Keep posting.
