i dont talk about my abusemuch.. tho i need to but i cant.. i have told few therapist and all they do is call me a liar. Its all trapped inside. sory just needed get that out.

this is a great start. Here you will find loads of support; no-one is judgemental (or at least, no-one should be judgemental) and certainly no-one will call you a liar. Any time you need to talk, just post. Take care, and as much time as you need, and know that any time you need a listening ear we are here to be with you on your journey.

I'm sorry that you have not been validated by your T's over time. This must be very difficult for you. But you have found a very wonderful and supportive place to post, read, support and ask for support. I'm glad you found us. Like the others have said, take your time and post what you can. Welcome to here. For me, it's safe here, to express and to share what I have been through and how it still affects me today and how I need to heal. I hope that you will feel safe here also, if not right away, then soon -- so that you can talk about your abuse when you need to, so you can let out what is trapped within, and fill the void with love from others and from yourself. You deserve better than you have received in life so far.

Welcome to PC. I am glad you are here. I understand the trapped words inside and what it is like to try to tell and be called a liar. But here we are supportive and validating to each other.
