panicking
trapped confused scared crying trying not coping help please please help triggered feel 15 again abandoned rejected feel i am bad bad bad everything is my fault, down to me can't go back to how i was cant please help jin |

i wrote a long letter to my family and printed off some information for them so they can try and understand how i am feeling. Tony has been a gem thismorning, I'm feeling a little better. Just the kids to go now.....
i have given them numbers to call if they need support and there is also a group in my home city they can attend with tony. it's all i can do. i just wish i didn't have to put them through this. maybe i was selfish to have children in the first place. Jinny |

How can I thank you all for holding me up and supporting me? I have spoken to my son and he refuses to speak to the group or the support consellor my nurse provided for us. He doesn't want to talk to strangers. Tony will speak to him though. Dominic read the information and is still blaming me for things. He's 15, hard for him to grasp, I just told him I'm always here for him and he says he will carry on like he always does. He did apologisefor being so disrespectful though and promised to mend his ways. Jus daughter to go - tough cookie there.

thankyou for the hug,Isure needed it. Things are better now, just have to get used to the idea my daughter might be moving out,not through any arguments, just her growing up and wanting independance. can't help breaking my heart though. My son has been so good today,he just keeps cuddling me, he knows what I need bless him.
