You can notify the phone company of the calling, and ask them to make him stop. They will warn him to not call anymore. If he does after that, then they can take him to task: it will be against the law.

My X is my stalker. I got a restraining order and document everything that happens. I changed my number and if you get a police report you can do that for free. Please call the police.

i had to file a restraining order against my son's ex girlfriends father after he lost custody of her when my son took her to the police ... anyways on the forms for the restraining order was my cell phone number... they assured me he wouldn't get it... but he did... he was calling me at least 3 times a day... and just sitting on the line not talking... i couldn't prove it was him because it always came up as a blocked number... Verizon told me that they knew what number the calls were coming from and it was just one number... but they couldn't give me the phone number and that all they could do is change the number for me... they told me that the police could access the number... but it would take a court order....grrrrrr.... the police couldn't or wouldn't do anything because i couldn't prove it was him and no threats were made... and they told me to be prepared that if i changed my number he might escelated... which he did... anyway kiya all that to say... change your number... and take what ever steps you need to stay safe... i still think you should get a restraining order... he isn't going to want his new wife to know what is going on... so he most likely won't even show up in court... lyn
