I very confused about everything that once happened.. how I felt, how I feel..
if was so serious really, or just discipline.. me not think so, but not sure.. this is not so clear, I know, but is hard to type anything about this at all.. maybe later I'll be able to think more clearly about this..

blue- I wanna talk, and it would be so nice to have someone to listen who knows what it's like
but it's hard.. I can't begin to sort my thoughts out about this Part of me just wants to say 'oh, stop feeling sorry for yourself, it was just discipline, and you deserved it'..

Ugh, I guess I just have to get my head round that now.. after being told it was my fault and all that Is kinda a hard thing to realise..

you'd want it to not be abuse cus then you can continue to pretend it aint bad and didnt effect you that much maybe? but it was... and its ok its hard to realise/deal with.. talk when you can! Blue

more thoughts..
they never did it to harm.. did it to help.. did harm.. but not meant to.. soooo confusing... said to explain.. said 'not you we hate, is the behaviour'.. shows that all they wanted to do was stop the behaviour soo.. I don't know I guess they made a mistake. lots of mistakes.. always would say 'it's your fault' 'you've ruined it' 'don't you ruin our weekend/whatever' 'was justified' 'you've made everyone upset' 'I don't like to yell, but you make it necessary' 'yelling is the only way to get through to you' 'you're obnoxious' 'I'll give you something to cry about if you don't stop crying' actions louder than words. if not want to yell, why yell? I was not so bad? I'm sorry.. I know it makes no sense at all..

whatever a kid does... they NEVER deserve to be treated like that. They DONT deserve to be abused no matter what they do or do not do...
Them saying 'not you we hate, it's the behaviour' is just another lie, another trick to make you believe it is your fault.... It does make sense... They were just messing with your mind to keep you under their control so you wouldn't tell about their wrong behaviour. Its hard to start believing ( i often dont believe it about myself) but you'll get there Take care, blue
