reading the 50 ways to leave makes me think that perhaps the alters should not send the letter they just wrote to their abuser... he is much like the guy in "sleeping with the enemy" and we fear would go to great lengths to silence us. my how time away makes one forget.

I did not send it. Instead i nearly got drawn back in from his response to my b-day email i sent. he put the charm on. hate that. i have such grand visions of showing up on his door, ranting and raving this list of his crimes.... but i fear too much. why do these lines have to be so blurred???

T says this whole abusers b-day thing, having had a response from him, and the fact that i started group therapy for inc*st is why i'm currently feeling (the same ****kind) pain in my arm and why i am back in destructive thinking again.
Why does that have to be relevant? why is it never what I say the reasons are? How can there be such a double standard between "you are the best expert to say what you need" and "i know why you are feeling this way and you don't". Did I miss something?!?!?
