We pretty much all crazy in AA. It ain't no thing.
You can go everyday and sit there and listen and not say a word. That is perfectly ok. In fact it is probably better to sit and listen for quite awhile until things start to make sense. There is no need to thank anyone. The biggest thing with AA is to just show up. You will find people who get you.

I don't know that we can help being paranoid. It is not something you "shouldn't" be. If you are you are.
You can combat it though. I can 100% promise you that not everyone hates you or thinks bad of you. Knowing that the paranoia is causing thoughts that are not true can help. Keep telling yourself that those thoughts are lies. Not based on reality. It's very hard to stop thinking like that and maybe impossible, but we don't have to believe the crazy stuff that rolls around in our heads.

Jamie, there is online meetings so you still get support. And you can call the AA hotline as well in your area. Or you can go to a different AA meeting where you did not say you were transgender. It all works out, it is a win win situation. We are only as sick as our secrets so i say go because almost everyone in the AA room is as uptight and insecure as you are. blessings and tc

In AA they accept people as they are. Go to a meeting where no one knows you. Make a fresh start. If you don't talk that's okay. Continue to go until you feel comfortable.
