= hell in my head

I'm really starting to think I have a hormonal imbalance on top of depression. The thoughts I have the week or so before are so over the top and if I happen to forget all bets are off in my head until the day the flow begins. Then I have that "ohhhh yea" realization and wonder how I made it out of the last 2 weeks alive.

Oh, I know how you feel! I have MDD and really bad PMS. I sympathize. But it's actually gotten better since going on birth control.

I seriously think that hormones were a HUGE contributor to my depression.

I pretty much blame everything on hormones though.... Red light---damn hormones. Out of milk--damn hormones. Drop my pencil--damn hormones. Broke a nail--damn hormones.....
