Hello haven't been here in a good while. I saw a new gyno last month which she is leaving the office soon. She suggested I use a tampon exercise to expand my vagina because I have always had abnormal paps also due to sexual abuse as a teen by strangers.

I find the tampons to be uncomfortable I use the lites starting with the smallest which I still have plenty left before going on to the next size. A sex/pelvic floor therapist is way out of my price range. I did make an appointment to see a therapist who specializes in sexual abuse which I am excited hopefully this therapy doesn't turn out like the 1st one I had. I thought I was over what happen but apparently not told my boyfriend more in depth stuff that I guess just stuffed inside me which is why I have problems having sex/being penetrated.

So, just an update as to what is going on. I have asked about painful sex in here before and just want to finally end this chapter and move on. Gyno said I need to work out the mental part that's holding me back plus she mentioned my living situation which is probably hurting me the most too.
Hugs from:

ladytiger, Wow I am sorry to hear about your abuse. That really saddens me. It is awful to have to deal with such issues as yours in later life. I am truly sorry for your experiences, mental issues and living situation.

I only have a couple suggestions for you. You can go online or YouTube and find out how to do pelvic floor strengthening exercises.

Also try the tampons that have a plastic applicator as they are much more comfortable to use if you aren't already.

I really hope that you get all of this sorted out. I wish you the very best. ((hugs))

I use the plastic applicator still feels strange to me. I will check it out on youtube but I did do contracting the part where the woman's pees and releases which felt strange to me.
Thanks for this!

Have you eventually told your boyfriend you have been abused sexually in the past? If you know he truly loves you can be assured that he will be there to provide his full support, and this support will be, believe me, invaluable.

I never knew I a response sorry about that. Yes, I have and finally went in depth with him more that's when I broke down. I told him I felt like it's my fault for allowing it to happen at age 13 and continuing till I was 18. I felt like it's my fault for not knowing what to do in the bedroom at my age 29 and should be sexually experienced.

The pain has been lessening and don't have that burning feeling when he pulls out. The pain is still there as I have been working on tampon exercises made up to regulars making an effort for the pain to lessen more and more. We had been having deep, passionate love making recently and it's been very erotic especially using sexy music.

Thanks! When I am on top, it seems to hurt a bit more not sure why doesn't hurt that much when I am on my back.
