I don't seem to be getting aroused before sex.... what can I do to help this be easier and not hurt as much. My partner thinks that it's all quick and it can happen quickly but how do tell him what I think I need??

Something that may help with the physical problem of not being aroused before sex is lubricant it can also be a life saver for those who have medications which affects their libido, but if you use condoms make sure the lubricant is water based.
As for your partner thinking it'll all got to be quick try showing him a love scene from a film that is more your speed and then use that as your conversation starter about slowing things down. If you can not find the words try showing him, tie him up and slowly tease him etc. But most likely thing to work is an honest talk, hope all goes ok for you

Can you get aroused and naturally lubricate sometimes (when alone?)? Providing that works, what is missing is foreplay. Tell your partner to slow down, take the time to arouse you, show him what feels good to you and you will get wet. Why should he just get to have quickies?

take longer being relaxed and less focused on him, make him wait for it and you will be able to enjoy your experience more, and so will he, you both enjoy.....

How about asking him for a body rub/body massage? That always helps to relax me and get me aroused...good luck!
