My period came today so I was cramping I took a warm bath I get out. I go to the kitchen to get a drink my head is spinning I lose sight I feel like I'm going to pass out pain is so bad. I'm standing there saying over and over again I'm going to pass out I started crying because now I'm absolutely petrified. I've never had this much pain before in my entire life. I'm still only covered with a towel... My body covered with cold sweats my face completely pale. I get up to go to the toilet I freak out so bad because mum was saying she had this before but to be it sounded like she was annoyed cry some more. She says crying Will make it worse I tell her I'm scared. She says the more I freak out the worse it gets... :'(

Hope you are feeling better as well. When I had pain from my period, I used to find that pain relievers such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen would help. Coffee helped also because sometimes you get tired when you are on your period. Over the longer term, when I was eating healthy (few processed foods/ little sugar other than fruits) and exercising daily, my periods would be much less painful. I hope these suggestions help.

I would get this checked out by a doctor or midwife, because you are attributing it to the period, but it may be something else.

Yeah, I have been thinking of going to the doctor but I get the sense that they will just think it's in my head because whenever I get something checked out or do bloods it's fine. So there just like Howe your emotional state. I feel helpless I feel like they are not trying to address the problem. There just doing it so that I shut up and think they've done something but they really haven't.

My periods were extremely painful when I was a teenager. I'm not sure how old you are, or if this is your first period. I think it would be a good idea to talk to your family doctor, or gynecologist if you have one, just to make sure. If painful periods are unusual for you, you should definitely talk to a doctor about it. I hope you are feeling better.

I'm 20 year old I have been having periods since 12 they've always been painful and irregular but this type of pain I have never felt before it's something indescribable....
