Sorry just needed to share. I actually want to shout it outloud, but I don't want to scare the other train passengers.

I can't wait to get home and go au natural.

That's one reason I have not yet gotten dressed, the old harness!

I bought 2 very expensive good bras in the fall. The one is great, but the other...what was I thinking! It bothers me a lot. What a waste of money.

Since I started working from home a few years ago, I only bother with one when I have to go to a meeting. But I do worry I'm turning into this Why working at home is both awesome and horrible - The Oatmeal

Bras are evil. I despise them. I only wear one reluctantly, when I'm going out.

I know the necessary evils of the bra too. I have big breasts (DD38), and underwires are the bane of my existence. They poke right into my armpit and upper breast area, and never sit nicely in the middle of the bra because one side of my rib cage is different than the other. As a result, one breast rests a half inch lower and sticks out a tiny bit more. It's not very noticeable at all, but being that it's my body, I'm very aware of it.

I usually go braless at home if I can, but always put one on if I'm going to take so much as a step outside. I don't want the girls bouncing and jiggling around and grabbing the attention of every lewd mined male within viewing radius.

Anyways, I found sport bras to be the best thing in the bra department. No underwires, no lace to be itchy, nothing but sweet, sweet comfort. If it weren't for the fact that I reserve them to wear during yoga class, I would wear them all the time!

This is the truth! I wear expensive sports bras every day. I found a couple I liked and bought a bunch in different colors. I can even sleep in them comfortably.

Definitely an attention grabbing headline. lol

I don't work and rarely go anywhere to wear a bra, so I wear sports bras when necessary. I have a box full of brand new bras that I hoped would fit when I bought them...

Thanks for the support (lol) gals.

I am way more comfortable today. I am going to buy a couple of sport bras tomorrow but I would prefer white so that I can wear them with light coloured work tops.

I don't have particularly big breasts, but I find them such an inconvenience, sticking out in front of me and bouncing about. When I was a slim teenager I thought bigger breasts would be wonderful but now I would love to be 34A again!

Yes, I am fortunate to be able to go au natural almost 24/7, I hate the b**b harness.

I dont mind wearing bras you just need to be professional fitted. it may take some time and effort, and you may have to go through a few different brands. Once you found the one that fits you buy a few of them in different colors you will be happy you did

I’ve noticed that after I was them, hand wash them now, I need to still adjust them especially the straps which always seems to be my biggest problem bec I have to constantly pull the straps!

That's just the thing, being large breasted, I can hardly find any cute bras in my size. Just the standard beige and white and maybe an occasional pink thrown in for good measure. Nothing near as cute as the ones in smaller sizes.

I love mine—Vanity Fair Body Shine. I stress out thinking about the day they might change or discontinue it. I couldn’t find the purplish taupe color last time, so I got pink.

The straps and back band aren’t thick/wide. I can’t stand having more than two hooks!! I’m a 38c, so sometimes the bra comes with three hooks. Also, I’m tall, and the straps are long enough if you need this.

I just toss them in the washer and hang to dry. They last forever!

It’s a great bra if you’re average cup size.

I have heard lots of women complain about their bras, they say that 70% of women are wearing the wrong bras so no wonder they are complaining lol I recently had male breast augmentation surgery (earlier this year) So I now need to wear bras. After initially wearing the surgical bra for 6 weeks, afterwards went a got fitted, it took awhile but eventually I was able to find bras that were comfortable or at least I was able to wear for the day. I would recommend that starting this year go out and get fitted again try different brands and styles, I m sure you will find one that will feel much more comfortable than what you are currently wearing.

I bought a new bra, wore it for half a day and then ripped it off. Underwires suck

Big breasted women need to go to a place like Lane Bryant andbe fitted. They have some very bras. I am a 46GG and I really hate bras but this place has them and pretty ones to and matching panties if you like that. But have them fit you and adjust the bras for you right then and there. They will do it at no extra charge.

I have been wearing bras since the 3rd grade

I was going to say this myself! I don't know if people are fitting themselves or asking the salespeople for help...it really helps to do both, get a professional fitting and ask them to recommend a bra for you.

I did both a couple of years ago, and I wear underwire bras every day. Now granted, after like 18 hours, it's gotta come off for a while, but I wear a G-36. I think that's bigger than anyone here has mentioned, lol, and I have a comfortable underwire minimizer bra that I wear that is awesome. It fits well, doesn't dig into me...I bought a few the first go around, then after wearing them for a while, and realizing how perfect they are, I went back and bought more in different colors in the same style.

I don't think it's possible to wear a bra 24/7 without it becoming uncomfortable, the fabric stretches after like 18 hours and until you wash it, it won't fit the same. But you can find a good bra that won't hurt with the proper fitting and help from the salesperson to find the right type of bra for you. I hate shopping, but when I got bra shopping, I expect to spend a couple of hours getting refitted and trying on many different types to find the right fit. Then I buy one or two different styles, and if it works out at home, I go back and buy more of that style.

I'm a big fan of lululemon bras. They are Canadian based, but I think they moved into the states too. I pole dance and need a bra that keeps my boobs in place while I'm upside down. I wear the tata tamer and enlite bras and find them soooo comfortable. I forget I'm wearing them and have worn them to bed on occasion too.

I wear the camisole kind and cut the last part of the elastic off. Like the lower rim of elastic. I leave enough to keep the darn thing in place.
I've done it for years. I used to wear the kind with underwire and all that, but I am 56 years old and about comfort now.

I don't have really big boobs so it's not a big deal. Believe me, it helps a lot . I can't stand anything tight around my waist or my ribcage.

God Bless the person who invented elastic waist pants and camisole bras.
I'm not very much overweight, it's just a comfort thing.
Thanks for this!
