I am doing Okay. I slept most of yesterday away. I've been up all evening. I will go back to sleep soon. I have nothing going on today.

I feel gross too. I am about to eat a big pplate of buffet food, and I can't wait. first thing I've done of any value all day

I have been waiting the entire day for.. what, 15/20 minits of heaven. I have eaten pretty well this week too, so it will be even nicer than it usually is. yum!

I'm doing okay. I had a good therapy session today. I took a long nap afterward, I think it wore me out.

Just now joining this thread, ladies, & hoping that's ok. I also love Christmas music year round. As for today, it's been all over the place. I have "voices"/other personalities in my head. And this day has been one of the more difficult ones, even though there have been some very enjoyable moments. I yearn so much for peace, quiet, & freedom to be alone within my own mind.

I like 80's music. Back then I really got into rock. But now I prefer Trance music from people like DJ Tiesto, Kaskade and Fedde Le Grande.

I was dragging this morning but now I'm starting to perk up. I've been drinking iced coffee. I may have to get out today. I don't really want to. My cat's been sick. At the moment, she seems fine. I think the antibiotics are helping.

Hi! And thank you for the welcome! For Christmas music, I love Winter Wonderland & Sleigh Ride; also Please Come Home for Christmas. I have felt kind of down for a couple of days now, but I'm pretty sure it's just a temporary thing. It hurts a bit & I look forward to the moment when that nice feeling of beautiful sunshine lifts my heart away from where it is. And I wish the same for you if you are feeling down & hurting.

I managed to have my phone call today

it went a lot better than I thought it would, and though I didn't get the result I wanted (and found out my information had been mixed up with someone else's, which made me feel quite angry/ depressed), I wasn't shouted at and their was no arguing

and my dinner was nice tonight. I had garlic chicken kiev

I just got out the shower (and I did my hair)

now the countdown to mcdonalds starts.
