you know it's a bad day when you get to 4 PM and you still don't know what you're going to have for dinner, and you don't know what you have in the kitchen. I have literally done nothing, and the sad thing is: I really don't care either. it's not like I'm the best roll model for how to live a successfull life

I had a great therapy session today, but I'm feeling a bit of fatigue. I think I will get some rest.

I feel like my life is virtually over.

last night I found out that my online support group for incontinence sufferers was closing, meaning that I have lost over 90 percent of my friends (most of my friends I made through that group), and I am now back to a laughing stock- rather than having people that understand what I go through, people look at me now and are like.. wow, really?. that's gross!. and I'm actually feeling really bitter about it I just want to lie their and smell. but I showered today (even though it caused me great pain), and I had a fresh fruit salad- which like I've said before I try to eat more to have a healthy start to the day. but I am doing nothing today, I have no plans, and I generally feel like a big part of my life has just been ripped away

@raging vortex I'm sorry to hear about your group. I hope you sleep well and that tomorrow brings a joyful day.

I'm doing Okay today. I'm a little tired. I'll probably go to sleep early.

thank you deilla

no sleep unfortunately (though I didn't really expect any if I'm honest), and today, so far, all I've really done is watch tv and read emails (which I suppose isn't a bad thing, I do have a lot of programmes to catch up on)

I just wish I had slightly more motivation to do stuff. but I don't

I had a good day. I stayed busy but took plenty of breaks. And I also took my time about getting things done. I ended up accomplishing a lot.

Is there any way for you or someone else to start a new one? I mean, the other members must want a place to go, too.

I'm doing Okay. I wanted to do more chores around the house but instead I worked on music promotion. Now the day is almost gone. Maybe I can do something for an hour. That might feel like an accomplishment.

Eh, feeling depressed and a bit anxious. Very discouraging, since I have not felt depressed for a long, long time and anxiety has been so much better since the late winter when I started taking Trilafon.

I've had my leg cast for 12 days and have 18 more days to go. It feels like forever, I don't know. I can't go anywhere because of the healing situation. But above all else, no matter what or how hard I'm trying, teletherapy is very difficult for me.

Reading novels helps a lot, but I'm waiting for 1 to come in the mail and others to arrive at the library so my husband can curbside pick them up.

I'm disappointed. Disappointed in myself, disappointed with my husband, disappointed with my therapist, and just frustrated. :/

thank you, beth.

I guess that's why I have that thread started. if I get enough responses, yeah, I have it, I could do with a group, I'll start one here (social group), then new members might see it and join. I don't keep in contact with the original members, none of them wanted to share their contact address outside the group (which is fair enough), but you never know: that thread might be the start of a new group..

I am generally happy with your post. it's so nice to read someone say that they are sorry for the loss of the group, I hope you find a new one, etc so thank you for being their for me. it means a lot

only thing on my agenda for today is to top my phone up

my balance reads " 0", so I can't make any calls. nothing a trip to the shop can't solve.. it's a nice day so why not?
plus: the birdies are out, and it's always nice listening to them

I'm doing Okay today. I've been relaxing this morning. I don't plan to do much of anything else today.

it never fails to amaze me

10 A.M in the morning and I have nothing to do for the rest of the day

I'm hot though. sheesh. when today started it was quite cool, but I think I may put my fan on

if I'm doing nothing all day I'd rather sit here and feel comfortable than sit here and sweat

I don't feel very well today. I have been stuttering (I don't normally stutter) and twitching. I think I will have to call the doctor.

Peri-menopause is *so* fun (sense my sarcasm?) Now my monthly periods last anywhere from 8 days to 3 weeks or sometimes 5 days. Hormones are all over the place. Aging is just not that fun.
