Hello, I am new to this forum and I would like and appreciate some help. Well this is a pretty long story. I have this boss at work who continues to tease and sexual harass me at work, I like it. So it goes like this, My brother in law is area director of the store which we work. we both been with the company 12 years at the same store, she recently became the general manager and my boss 4 years ago. before she was general manager she got caught cheating with someone at work and she was not fired, and I don't know who she got caught with but it made the last general manager turn in her keys and my boss was made general manager right away, i'm always suspected it was my brother in law law but I highly doubt it. well anyways, into her 2nd year I come to her and ask for a raise, she gives me a snide remark and says in her own words "i'll give you a raise" and a gesture. 6 months later I asked the manager and not her and he convinced her that I needed a raise so I finally got one 7 months later. then comes the flirtations more and more as time goes by. it has become more serious since the last year and a half. She was sitting at work at a table drinking a margarita one night I come out before I was just about to leave and she jokes around that I might have to take her home, this is just right before I left for my week of vacation. when I get back she starts rubbing me all over my body with her breasts and being really friendly to me, the manager not my boss has been talking to her about me becoming a key manager in the kitchen, ( this is a restaurant job ) after awhile finally I become a manager and I had to go to corporate to see if I can get my food safety test. well she schedules me for a test for a week this
year in February. she had to go get hers done also so she schedules the same date. she offers to pick me up at my house and then says she'll drop me off after the class. during class flirtations start and she says I look nice in my clothes because I dressed up for the class. on the way home we get to talking and says, she has the house to herself the next 4 hours, this was the week that her husband was gone he was Indiana on a business trip. I wanted to invite her into my house because there was nobody home, but I was in fear that if I tried anything that she would fire me. well the next day me and her worked together in the morning, I was training a new guy at lunch time that day it started to get really busy and I asked her to come back for some help, what does she do stand right behind me and smacked her butt on to mine really hard 7 times right in front of the new guy. for the last 4 months, every time we work together its either rubbing her breasts all over my body or smacking of her butt onto mine. this last week saturday night we closed together and she got really close to me with her butt on my front and sunday all day she literally rubbed her but on mine for a slow period of time and always walking into me with her breasts. I want to screw this boss lady but I dont want to be fired, please help on what can I do . I told her one day that she is really attractive and I wanted to move to a different store because I couldn't concentrate and she says that shes not very attractive and I would get the same thing from the person who general manager to where the store I want to go to is more hot that was a couple of weeks ago I told her I wouldn't. please help i'm really confused on what I should do I've gotten different answers from people I told this about. mind that I want to screw her so bad

You need to report her immediately to her boss, whether that is the corporate office or whoever. That is completely unacceptable and illegal. I had a similar, although less aggressive, boss and didnt report her until I quit. I now regret that decision. She was the only manager in the office, so I was uncomfortable calling corporate. I now wish i had though. good luck

If I were in your shoes I would find another job in another company and then pursue her if she interests you. If I were in my shoes it does not sound like she is healthy to be around and I would change jobs and find a more "serious" place to work with people paying attention to their work and not drinking and screwing each other on the job.

Sounds like you are in conflict. One side says this is wrong and the other says it's okay. I say, get some legal advice, so you know your rights. If you fall for the sexual inuendos, they could black mail you for the duration of your employment there. Don't compromise your feeling of well being .
