I've been a part of a newsletter for several months now and everyday you get a "Just For Today" meditation. Everyday you'll get a topic from Just For Today that has something to do with one of the 12 Steps, and it explains stuff about that step. I've found it to be VERY helpful and interesting. If you're interested, go here:

Louisville Just For Today

Go down on the links to the left until you come up on, "Just For Today Mailing List". Click Subscribe and enter your email address so it can be sent to you daily. If you for some reason don't enjoy the daily meditations, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Hope you enjoy as much as I have! Just For Today Mailing List.
