I recently stopped seeing a therapist because he took another job somewhere else, but gave me his e-mail to keep up to date. A week or so ago I e-mailed him, he replied the next day saying he was coming back for 2 evenings a month. I replied...but it sbeen almost 2 weeks and no reply.....why? Did I do something wrong.....I'm so scared...and its probably nothgin........

Hi Moonkin,
I know it's hard when one sends an email, and there is no reply. My thoughts are with you. My guess is that there is something going on which has absolutely nothing to do with you. My first thought is that maybe your former T is on vacation....if that's the case, it's possible they could be gone for a couple of weeks or more. Ts are human and need to take vacations, too, sometimes! Another thought is that somehow your email got lost in cyberspace. I've had that happen sometimes - I've sent an email to friends, or a T, and it just disappeared and they never received it. So you could try sending another email in case that happened. Take good care of yourself, and I hope things start looking up soon.... Take care, ErinBear

Moonkin, can you phone him? Maybe your emails are going into his junk mail box. You never know. Try phoning and leaving a voice mail. Good luck.
