Way to go Introvrtd1,

HALT is a really important tool to remember. We spent a lot of time talking about it in rehab. Often a craving is due to something else. I find hunger is a big trigger for me as well, as is feeling tired.

day 18....yesterday was rough....from what i've read, it's likely protracted withdrawal syndrome...it can last from a few months to two years...

when it strikes, it feels like day 2 or 3 during the acute withdrawal stage, only it less intense and doesn't last as long....

sigh

its also likely my diet....sugar....ill cut it out and see if that helps...i've read sugar can have the same effects as withdrawal when taken during recovery...

it's hard but I just had to change behaviors and people I hang out with. It's a long road but I remember having all of those stated by OP

day 24.....haven't had a withdrawal symptom since day 21...i can't believe im finally getting better...

i don't mean to say i can't believe it....im just surprised....

i thought these symptoms would hang around for months....i wound discount the fact that they may return, but only less intense....the frequency is already less..

.......ugh

i don't want to ruin this good streak...

How was your walk around town? Was it relaxing. Heck excersize is always a good thing.
