this time of year was my last suicide attempt...part of it was OD..and i used to OD frequently..

i have no physical cravings...just some psychological one...

part of me is screaming to pop something...


i dont know whether or not to listen to it..

its that time of year.....

Anniversaries can be hard & I can understand the psychological desire to use. But ask yourself are you really better off using than not using. ODing is a pretty big risk to take and who wants to wind up in the hospital for the holidays.
