Everywhere i go people are always talking about me negatively under their breath. I'm fully aware but never say anything, nevertheless it continues daily. I'm the person they laugh about and make fun of, whenever they see me coming or going or god forbid staying and doing my job. To them I am the weird paranoid kid that is out of touch with the world and has no friends but is always nice no matter what. They think they can do or say whatever they want to me and i won't care and will let them because they think i want them to be my friend. At the same time they think i'm plotting something and always look at me like one day i'm going to go crazy and bad things are going to happen as a result. Why do i have to be the topic of conversation, why are people facinated, disgusted, and scared of me? Why do they have to contiuously make fun of me and don't they know that this why I feel like i do? Don't they know that I would never do what they are doing to me to them, and why me in the first place? >JL

Hi, JayL

I know how this feels. I often feel when people are whispering, that they are talking bad about me. This sounds like it is really causing you alot of stress and anxiety about the feelings you are having about other people. You are not alone in these feelings alot fo people do or have felt this way. Do you have a Therapist you trust and can talk to about this? If you do have someone you can trust, and do not have a therapist, I would ask for their help in getting a Therapist or counseling. I hope the best for you in this and that you are able to with help, stop feeling so much stress in your life. Keep posting, there are alot of kind people here who do not talk about you behind your back. Take Care.

I'm sorry your feeling this way. I know it must be very difficult for you. I think the advice given to talk to your Therapist or a someone you trust is a very good idea. I hope things get better for you. Again, I am very sorry your dealing with this.

Hi JayL,

It is sound advice that you do see a T. It sounds like you are expriencing some really negative feelings that are causing you pain. I would get some help soon to ease that pain and make your life more comfortable.

I would like to but i'm not sure if my insurance will cover it, in the past when i was on Medicaid, it covered 100% and i did see a therapist almost regularly. It helped me beyond words with everything medically related, not just psychology. Another example of social programs working the way they should, and another reason not to let medicaid and social security be crossed out by this ridiculous administration. It blows my mind what people are alowing to go on; unchallenged. When a government manipulates, lies, cheats, and controls every major aspect of society from religion, the press, sports, marriage and even their own re-election, i think that is called a Dictatorship, or Facism. *Wake up* everyone or within the next four years you'll see just about every social program cancelled out of the budget to make room for religious replacements, ridiculously targeted tax cuts, and wars over seas. This too is a root in all this stress i'm dealing with. What to do...I have no freaking idea? thanks J>L

Jay,

Check with your county Social Service program for mental health. All counties have services for couseling at a free or reduced rate. I currently seek services through my county and I can tell you that they have some of the best services I have seen. Just a thought. I know how insurance can be difficult. That is why I go through the county for my mental health services as my insurance that my husband pays $325.00 a month for is crappy. I have to pay out of pocket for my services but I feel this is worth it in the long run.
Take care.
