I am at work. My mind is wondering to places that arnt so good for me. I am afraid. I am so tired. I did not sleep well last night. I have a stupid seminar to go to today with my bosses and I am very afraid. What if I start to freak out. I just wanna go home. I stayed home yesterday. I'm such a loser.

You are not a loser, your havin a rough spell breathe deep focus on good thoughts, if you let your bosses no your not feeling well maybe they'll let you go home it never hurts to ask

(((((((((((((((Jen))))))))))))). You're not a loser. You're just having a rough day. I know when I don't sleep well enough, everything else seems that much worse.
Try to wipe out the "what ifs" and try Parker10's suggestion of "so what if?" Maybe that will help. Seminars just involving sitting and listening, right? As long as you don't have to give a presentation to be nervous about, just breathe and relax. (If it's a boring seminar, hopefully your nervousness will keep you from nodding off from your lack of sleep last night ![]()
