I understand where you are at Irish! Keep on writting. If it helps you then keep doing it. I find that when I just start writting and getting things out into the open it just seems to release some of the pressure that is building. It keeps me on the straight and narrow.
We are here for you Irish to help and to be a sounding board. Don't be afraid to keep going!
