My nerves are on edge and my anxiety level is running a muck inside of ME (and) my PMDD is full blown.... all was fine until I took a shower to get ready for my nieces 8th birthday party.... Eeeek! - the people scare me today, even if most of them are my family - but what about the ones that are not.... ME not want to be around ppl today, but I love my niece so I will go.

((((Rhap))))...so sorry you are in conflict..hope that the Birthday Party goes ok..keewwll if you can maybe embrass that which is important to you, and that is your love for your neice...I know its hard..so sorry huney..but I am sure your neice would be glad to see you there..its just the huge internal conflict makeing it yuckie...family events are very anxiety producing to start with...hope it goes well Rhapsody..good luck..

You may not realise but you are so strong being able to say all this, yet still being able to do this for your neice. She is lucky to have someone like you in her life. I hope things go alright today, let us know how it goes. ((((hugs)))

wow you are being so brave...I couldn't go to my granddaughters 3rd birthday party....I was in so much agony over it...people...are there people who hate me there? I felt so bad because I did not show up...I hate myself when I do that...and it only makes going out harder next time...go have fun...and good for you!!!!!

Well, the day went better than I felt it was going to be (I took 2 Valerian Root before I left).... I enjoyed seeing my sisters and a few people that were there had very nice things to say to me and about me - so that helped.
...I am glad to be back home and to be able to enjoy my own inner safety with my wonderful family - my three men, and the wagging tails of my doggies. LoVe, Rhapsody - ((( hugs ))) P.S. Thanks.... for the KIND words.
