First off, I think I'm feeling so bad is because of my mix of meds. My psych changes or adds or increases whenever I see him. I'm taking 30 mg tamazepam, 150 mg lithium down from 300, 1 mg xanax xr twice daily and proponalol 20 mg twice a day. I wason 10 mgviibryd but stopped per his instructions. Before, itwasnt easy. But I COULD use my cbt thechniqueswhen needed and function. I haveconstant anxiety and depersonalization now. I WANT to go away to an inpatient behavirioral health but just lost my insurance. I have a3 year old and my husband tends to mostof his needs because I just cantfunctiin anymore. Its unbearable. I hate it and don't know what to do. Please help. If its my medications I can't get in to see a psych till feb 10.

I'm sorry you're going through this... for what i understood the meds you're getting are taking their toll on you... usually meds with their side effects and the ever guessing the right mix and dosage for oneself can get very tricky... i´m an advocate for the psychological approach aid by the meds so you can get your life back... i hope you can get what you need soon... all i can offer you a and if you feel like talking feel free to PM

Thank you...Like i said Ive never been on this many meds and I dont like it. Anxiety is unrelenting when these should be making it more bearable.
