-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Begin each day with a positive statement.. Have a positive attitude towards others. Give compliments. Dissolve or resolve any anger issues. Think before you get upset about something. Is it worth it? Start respecting yourself. If someone is bringing you down, try to distance yourself. If they are family, have a heart to heart talk with them about being positive. Take time for you. Relax, read a book, take a relaxing bath. Make time if you have too, but make sure you take care of you. Tell your spouse/kids how much you love them everyday. good ideas sundance.... unfortunately I have to wake up before I can begin a day... and that causes all sorts of problems.
