Dear Lucami, I feel sad for you. It must be quite difficult to have a challenge like that (panic attacks) and then no support from the family around you. It certainly makes the situation unbearable. What I suggest is that you should speak to your mother once both of you are in normal moods. You need support to get through this and your mother may be able to help you out. If there are other family members, you can seek their support too. What is important here is that they realise what is happening to you and what exactly is your mental state during the panic attack. You can explain it to them how horrible it feels and what kind of assistance you require from them. Also it can be used as a bonding opportunity to strengthen your relation with your mother/family members. You should also analyse their situation and the challenges they face, you can try to accommodate their problems as well when you are feeling better and stronger. In this way, both you and your family can benefit from each other. I wish you all the best!

I've tried to talk to them.. all 4 years. but, abusive family and they just don't care.. they destroying me day by day... I don't have a car so father had to take me to employment office today, and he yelled at me, called me names because of this, and i started to cry.. I can't handle this psycho family anymore, I feel like gravity tries to crush me, my heart beats strange, like this all stress would be destroying it ..

Lay down and count your heart beat. Breath in four 4 second. Hold that breath for 7 seconds. Breath out for 8 seconds. Tjis causes your body/breathing to reset itself.
Thanks for this!

had another reasons for anxiety and crying today, but it's not even worth talking about anymore.. but I have another concern, is this possible that bad things trigger panic attack after some time even if I'll calm down and all? like I had some food, drank juice, and suddenly heavy, crushing feeling again, especially in my head.. also i have pain in muscles in arms and legs (can it be coz of anxiety too?) eh I feel like I'm falling apart..
