I checked it out! Found the website!!! What she calls meditation, I call relaxation exercises. Mediation sounds much better. I've always laid down to do this but the sitting position has to work better. You don't fall asleep so easily! LOL I add "imagery" to my relaxation and put myself in a beautiful, peaceful place where nothing can hurt me. Creating my safe place kinda takes care of the unwanted thoughts... that is, if I'm not in "obsesive thoughts mode," which I've been experiencing the last couple of days. YUK!

I call it relaxation tecniques but they are all basically the same thing. I do the imagry at times too, but haven't needed to do it from sometime. I've had to deal with obsessive thoughts as well when I was plauged with ptsd symptoms, and I had to do alot of that to help me sleep and it did help.
