Last week I went through an entire week without having one panic attack! This is a big success for me since I typically have 3-4 panic attacks a week. I am so happy about that! Yeah! I just wanted to share my success last week with you all. I am still fighting the good fight but I know I am making progress and I expect that I will stumble now and again but as long as can accept that I think I will be okay.

Good for you sunshine doesn't it feel wonderful.

What did you do differently this week to keep your panic at bay?

Hey Sundance,
Thanks for the encouragement. Last week I really spent alot of time focusing on some cognitive behavioral techniques. I tried alot of distraction types of activities during certain situation that I knew would induce some anxiety I have doing these types of things for awhile and little by little they are working. Yeah! So I just keep fighting the good fight! How about anyone else out there? What has your sucesses been like? Would love to hear.

CBT can definatly be helpful, even though not everyone gets success with it, it's helped me along with postive self talk.

Good for you WOOHOO
