I have numbness and severe pain in my left hand and shoulder. Tomorrow I see a specialist and I am so scared. My scalp hurts with any pressure I can't concentrate or be still. I want to quit feeling the way I do. Any suggestions? Please.

there is a forum called neurotalk which is run by the same person who runs this. There is a general neurology forum there, where you might get some ideas http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/in...referrerid=890
