You were going out of your mind, your body was going to either shut down or explode, and you were going to shake right off your chair all at the same time? I hate anxiety and I hate the feelings it gives my body. If it only manifested in my head I think I could handle it so much better. But its the awful physical symptoms (feeling like you cant breathe right, heart pounding, cant settle) that get me every time I think. Or maybe its both. Either way I really want to crawl into a hole and hide right now.

Did you ever feel as though...

Yeah, it sucks. Go get some fresh air if you can or focus on a distraction to take your mind off the anxiety.

Bit worried for you Rainbowzz because you are pregnant, right? You really need to get yourself checked out by a doctor to check for anemia or BP problems.

Hugs sweetie (((((((((( Rainbowzz ))))))))))) Did you ever feel as though...

Yeah, plan is to go to the doctor on monday if I can find a way there. They did test my bp and it was fine last time. But then, I have had these symptoms ever since I started having severe panic attacks and generalized anxiety in 2003.

I also think alot of it has to do with no longer being on meds, since they pulled me off everything when I became pregnant. As much as I hate to say it, those pills I took really kept me even and without them everything is flaring back up.

And speaking of being pregnant, I now feel like I have to constantly hide my mental problems from others in case they then assume that because I have issues I will be a bad mother! I almost feel like I no longer have the right to have a mental illness, though I know that is not true.

Fresh air does sound lovely, but Im too nervous to leave the apartment at the moment. I did open all the windows though, got some cold water, and did some breathing excersises and am feeling a little bit better.. The shaking is gone at least and I feel less *feeling of doom-like* which is good.
