High anxiety this month. Both winter and spring anxiety attack free. No racing heart or major freeze moments - soul in tact. End of July spent sitting on the edge of my seat in fear of the next few months. I am going to slow myself down as much as possible this month and hopefully I can catch up with those who kept a steady pace this summer.

I had to cancel the appointment with the new primary care doctor because my dad has to work. I would probably schedule in three weeks when I need a refill, I hope that would motivate me to go.

Anxiety kinda sucks today. I feel like I’m having chest pains but I know it’s just anxiety so it’s not worth doing anything about it. It’s frustrating when my therapist tells me my symptoms are anxiety yet tells me to see a physician. Like what will a GP do about anxiety?

I didn’t really notice too much anxiety until about 5:30 tonight. I notice when I take my Xanax between 6 and 8 at night I do a lot better during the day.

My stomach kinda hurts the way it did when I was showing a lot of signs of somatization disorder. But I haven’t shown any symptoms in 3 years. So maybe there’s something legit going on. I’ve taken Xanax and I’m not feeling any relief so I’m not sure if it’s an anxiety stomach ache or not.

There's no anxiety that I'm feeling today. I'm very glad that I have no anxiety today. When I do have anxiety, my hand seems to shake a lot and my heart races.

Sometimes I have to lay down on my bed and do deep breathing exercises just to calm down. I'm so glad I'm feeling okay today!!
Thanks for this!

Night is the worst time
I'm convinced (or, at least my anxiety is trying to convince me) that I will die in my sleep, so going to bed or trying to fall asleep creates nightly panic attacks
I've just started taking 25mg CBD capsules so I'm hoping this provides some calm
How is everyone else getting through this?
Hugs to everyone going through some awful anxiety right now

Woof, busy summer was more than I could handle. Slowing down with less exercise and more quiet time. Slept in yesterday and spent most of the day anxiously waiting for the day to pass. A few activities scheduled and I am looking forward to that. New exercise plan for Fall.

I'm constantly contacted by people from church and I have to find new ways to avoid them. I've been to a few meetings because I felt bad that they wasted so much time visiting me. I get too scared to interact with so many people and they come by almost daily, it's starting to scare me. I don't know how to tell them to leave me alone.

Anxiety was manageable today. I used some self-talk to help me through.

Less anxious, plenty of sleep, productive day yesterday. Grateful for attentiveness of family and friends. Not 100% where I want to be. Somehow, although everything is going in the right direction (I think), my anxiety still tries to get the best of me. I am not going to loose focus and will remember to forget those negative thoughts to continuing on with my day, anxiety free.

Less physical symptoms of anxiety, but still avoiding things like a ninja. Loads of avoidance, still worrying my head off :c

My anxiety is beyond terrible today. I just took a Xanax and I feel like I’m going to have a panic attack.

I didn’t have too much “serious” anxiety today. I made it through work without any anxiety.

My anxiety was not good today. I managed to go to the library to rent a few stuff since my college class hasn't started yet.

I’m ok as long as I don’t leave my house... I ran errands today and was on the brink of a major anxiety attack the whole time I’m driving. I kept thinking I was going to be in a major car accident with my kids in the car, I couldn’t make the feeling go away no matter how much self talking and deep breathing I did... well that was my mental anguish of the day lol

It was fine until I started thinking too much about something that happened today at work.

I took a Xanax around 8 last night and then forgot I took one and took another this morning at 6. So I didn’t have much anxiety today. I have a little bit tonight but it’s not terrible.

I had a little bit at work. But it wasn’t terrible. Saturday’s at work are surprisingly pretty good. I’m not usually scheduled but I wouldn’t mind working more Saturdays and then having more days off during the week. It’s during the week when things are sometimes tough.
