Anxiety Daily Check-In point #7

Anxiety is running amok this morning. I've put on some music because that's about all that makes me feel better.

I think I need to get my pups into the vet to get shots so I can kennel them. I feel my end is coming.

I hope everyone has a better day.

I feel anxious and overwhelmed. I have a lot to do today and I don't know where to begin.

My anxiety wasn't too bad today really. I'll take it!

I've been having very bad anxiety. I'm trying to recuperate, but I'm feeling apprehensive right now, & sad.

I'm anxious at the moment. I have a big box from Walmart. I don't know why. I don't order stuff from Walmart.

Feeling anxious again on a Monday. I wish I could work Tuesday to Friday and have Monday off every week.

5 out of 10. I am more relieved than dreading since the surgical follow up.

I feel anxious this morning. I have too many appointments and now I'm supposed to have an MRI done. I think I will cancel my stress test and my GP appointments.

I seem to be experiencing psychosomatic symptoms. Maybe I shouldn't have had that second cup of coffee. Darn.

I woke up at 2am and couldn't sleep the rest of the morning. My anxiety told over once I had trouble getting back to sleep. I am not sure how I will feel today without the sleep.

I'm a little anxious.

6 out of 10. I am a little anxious waiting on the repacking of my wound. Also i have phone tag to do today.

I'm very anxious at the moment. I need to pick up meds but I'm too nervous to drive over to the pharmacy to get them. Maybe tomorrow morning I can do it.

I had a little anxiety flare up today over having too many moving parts of things we are trying to do. It’s overwhelming and we keep going around in circles about what to do. It could make anyone anxious tbh. I handled it well, overall. No major drama.

6 out of 10 .i am mildly on edge awaiting the visiting nurse to change my wound dressing.

I'm looking forward to feeling calm & able to fulfill my goals.

I feel calm. I've not relied on addictive behaviors tonight. I had planned to. But I am doing well on my own.

Only very mild anxiety today. I'll take it!

Right now I'm feeling calm enough.

I feel very relaxed. The Cymbalta and Klonopin are helping a lot.

I don't think I've ever posted in this forum before. But I'm dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety lately so here I am. I've mostly not been so bad I had to take an Ativan--I still have an old bottle of it from when my doctor used to prescribe it. But its been bad enough to be distracting. I've been meditating, began journaling and have been practicing gratitude which all helps and I would probably be in worse shape if I wasn't doing all this.

Anxiety, yes.

I am a little anxious about tomorrow. I have an appointment.
