@emily1890 I try covering my ears but it does not make me feel any differently.
Crawling into bed is a way to deal with anxiety. @CANDC

![]() Leaf blowers, chain saws (tree cutters?), jackhammers, garbage trucks, etc. Extremely loud and repetitive sounds would send me running for the hills, if we had any hills here. ![]() ![]()
