I can find almost anything and everything to worry about if I sit down long enough to think of the endless possiblities.
I worry about everything you can imagine about. How do I stop worrying all the time about every single thing to the point I become paranoid? |

I think that it starts from feeling insecure. Your mind won't quiet down and get off alert and it needs to be thinking about something at all times to occupy it. If your mind is on high alert it will lean towards worrying. Learning how to calm yourself and to feel safe will decrease the need for the mind to be on high alert so then it can stop needing to be thinking about something all the time.
