So it occurred to me recently that I might possibly be affected by the adult form of attention deficit disorder. I skimmed briefly through a few posts here and noticed the word "hyper" or "hyperactive" attached to the disorder and in reading one member's confession thought how they sounded a lot like me. I am all over the place. One member said it beautifully when they talked about how they have piles of stuff all over the place needing attention, working at 10 different projects at once and so forth and so on... it's completely and utterly ME. I feel so chaotic and unhinged inside my head. I have a lot to learn and little time to do so and hope fervently to find an answer to this problem.

I am host to a slew of negative emotional and mental problems and I really honestly feel like I'm the only one experiencing this.

Ironically, my therapist refused to diagnose me as depressed or suffering from bipolar disorder so i wonder then how I am to find a correct diagnosis... I'll keep reading in my spare time and hope to find a match soon.
