.... down from my manic state. Falling hard. Having such a rough day. I was starting to accept myself and love who I am. But now I don't. I'm shaky and scared. I'm tired and restless. I'm just not doing good. This is bad.

I'm so sad to this, Jenn--I wish there something I could do besides write kind posts to help. I can pray, so I'll do that! And I can tell you how much you have meant as a friend to me here (a lot). So, anything I can do, let me know, which goes for about 10,000 other people around here, I bet!
