Falling...falling...falling ...faster and faster!!!

My depressive cycle is worsening...I can feel myself falling...falling faster...too many things that are upsetting me at the same time...I can bearly handle one thing....crying....nowhere to turn....can't talk about any of it!!!

Maybe if you try to fixate on one -- just one -- memory or image or song that made you feel better at least once, that might help a little. Almost a sort of meditation. There must have been one moment in your life when you laughed or at least smiled: find it and cling to it as if it were a precious jewel. This works for me sometimes; it takes me out -- however briefly -- of the dark moment I'm in. luv Cheshire
