Wow - I am so affected by my personal relationship (with my boyfriend). Right now it is getting me down. And I tend to feel things so much stronger anyway. So I'm really not feeling cool.
Nearly broke into tears because of my messed up emotions. I wish I was strong and could just ignore these things. I just want some stability and rest. Something to look forward to

aw...what happened?

I'm strongly affected by my relationship too. It keeps me grounded. So when things are going badly in my relationship I'm not stable at all.

No same here, my relationship effects me big time. It's a huge thing in our lives and so intimate I don't see how it couldn't effect you. But yes with the bipolar it might be more intense than usual.

What is one thing you could look forward to? When I don't feel like I have anything to look forward it puts me in a bad way. Even if I can find something simple, like a theft store date with my sister I feel a lot better.

Ah I think I read that wrong. Couldn't hurt tho. How could you get some rest?

Awww suga! Sure can relate lately. Let's hear it for stability and rest! Hmmm, ignoring things and feeling strong .... Are we strong because we can ignore things? Or does being able to ignore things make us feel strong? Personal recent thoughts... sometimes people think I am strong, because I seem to be able to ignore things. "Deal" with them. Except I don't. Really, I am weak, because they're not ignored out of "not getting to me", it's fear of them. Sometimes there are things we shouldn't ignore. Maybe strong is not what it seems. Sure can hear you on the emotions feeling messed up on these things.

You just moved recently, didn't you? That's always something that churns things up too...

I hope you are feeling well again really soon...

Thanks. I live for the weekends. When I can sleep and I am in charge of doing what I need to. If that means doing NOTHING, then so be it. The week makes things harder.

I think I'm feeling better than when I wrote this post first. Was also feeling VERY lonely
