I'm constantly on the outside looking in on my own/actions(such as what I say to people in conversations and what are my motives for saying it, such as did I just say it to be heard/insecurtiy, bc i'm interested in what i'm saying, or saying it out of pride, boastfulness, and i'm doing the same things to others actions) i'm so sensitive to other people's feelings that it drives me crazy..at times I'll be happy with the progress i'm making(as far as right meds) and then i'll completely change my opinion and say I need to go a different route. I'm so indecisive. Constantly worrying which meds I need to get on to help my symptoms best, what my true diagnosis is, if i'm paranoid schitzophrenic, autistic, or It's just a really bad case of ocd. It's driving me crazy. I just want to be able to go through out my day in stride without so much **** going on in my head and be what I want to be in life.

I think it's ok even good to look at your own words and intentions and reflect on them. Doing it with others might be more troubling tho as we often cannot tell or know what or why they say or do and where it comes from or why or how they feel about it unless we ask them.

What about just accepting the symptoms and working on ways to handle them the best you can, or ways you can change things to make life better for yourself, instead of so much worrying over what the symtoms are called or what category they are.

examinizing?

maybe it is good you are considering all these things. this is like what they teach in mindfulness therapy. have to notice what you're doing, feeling, to figure out if it's something you'd like to change or not.

i've had to work hard on how i had convos with people, often turning it into something all about me, and how hard and sad my life is. maybe cuz i was so sad and bitter, but it didn't help me keep friends, and that added to my sad and bitterness. that was hard to face... takes courage to look at this stuff.

the key with mindfulness is observing, just observe yourself without judging and criticizing yourself. instead, be grateful and proud of yourself that you are observing. makes any sense?
