Its Saturday so i can't get in touch with my doctor. My mania was under control but I was very depressed so he put me on quite a high dose of antidepressant. Now I feel like the mania is coming back. i am pacing and can't seem to settle down. We are going on a trip to visit our kids up north in a few weeks and I need to be on my best. Hope when I call my doc on Monday he will be able to help. I am so sick of this ilness.

Doesn't your doc have a service or someone on call?
It is best to deal with this immediately before it gets too manic. Here there is also an emergency psych service center for walk ins, is that a possibility for you where you live?
Just getting evaluated as soon as possible so if a med adjustment is needed could help with stabilizing your moods.
