Anyone know of any good ones? I'm currently using "My Mood" which allows me to track my mood as many times a day as I feel like it and also include sleep, meds, exercise, stress, drugs/alcohol/energy, pain, and menstrual cycles. It was free but I think there's a paid version. What's everyone else using?

I use MoodyMe, but when I'm depressed like now I don't keep up with it. I know I should but it just takes to much energy and more depressing when I have have to enter depressed again. So haven't used it much lately.

I love optimism online. You can use it either in browser, download, or on your iphon/ipad. I use it on my phone and browser. I love it because I can customize it.

Is this one available on Android?

I was using one called eMoods. The only thing I really don't like is the chart interface. It can't fit the whole chart itself onto the screen you have to scroll through it. Only mildly annoying, but the tracking itself is pretty extensive.

Also, it's not good for rapid cycling as it only has one track a day. But if you're not and you have more lengthy episodes it works just fine.

I use an iPhone so not sure if it's available on Android? Surely there must be something available though!

I checked out Optimism and while I did like the interface, I really need to be able to use it without a constant data connection. Think I'll stick with the one I have for now and see if it helps. Actually, I can tell that it is already helping. I'm learning to pay better attention and to assign words, facial expression, and numeric rating systems to what's going on in my head...something I've struggled with a lot in the past. Let's just say I've been a little out of touch...

i'm using optimism. really awesome as you get to access it on android/ios, and at the same time if you dont want to use your phone, you can access it on your PC (theres a program, but you don't have to download it)

there even a symptoms part, and notes so you can chart everything

T2 Mood Tracker (Android)

I've been using this one for about a week. I haven't yet, but you can track mutliple times a day, it has several categories and everything is on a sliding scale. Works for me, for right now. Hope this helps.
