This is getting annoying now. I am still not sleeping properly. The other night I took my sleeper and I was still up doing my etching art thingy but I couldnt settle on which picture to do so i did bits on all three, then I got bored with that and tried reading (got 3 books on the go........) got bored with that and watched tv for a while.......... i wonder what happens next and how long i'll be on the usual downer that follows.............
I went fishing though and went to my future brother in laws engagement party but left early when the 'crowds' began descending. People allergy............. Take care |

I know how you feel. When my sleep starts getting messed up I start to worry. Right now I have to take a few things at bedtime to make sure I sleep. I am in a hypomanic phase and sure I wouldn't sleep without them. I still wake up earlier than I would like to. And, I keep trying to decrease the sleep meds, but everytime I do, then my sleep is interrupted. Better for now just to take them and get the sleep I need to sustain this energy.
