Compared to how I was 6+ months ago, my coping skills have greatly improved for the past few months. Considering how I've been having more problems/issues that have been "bigger" or "significant", I've been trying my best to stay positive and optimistic.

I hope I didn't jinx myself, but I had a feeling I'd eventually be too overwhelmed and freak out.... what goes up must come down right?

The past month have been very challenging. It seems like there's more issues coming up before I can even figure one out...

Also, I've always had insomnia problems. I had an appointment with my pdoc this morning but I totally slept through my alarms and I completely SNAPPED today. I usually have to schedule my appointments with my pdoc 2 months in advance and I REALLY needed to see her today.

I feel hopeful, started having god awful thoughts and freaked out my boyfriend....

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling right now.. and that you slept through the pdoc appointment! I have crappy sleep issues.. but sleeping through alarms (or even sleeping in!) is the one issue I never, ever, have problems with.

Keep focusing on those good coping skills you've been learning! I tend to get worried about the downward crash too when things are going well. Sometimes I think it's a self-fulfilling prophecy, but other times it's totally not.

I sleep through alarms too. Woke up today with 10 minutes to get son up & ready for school. I also missed my last pdoc appt few months ago haven't rescheduled :/ Once she met me in between clients a couple years ago, but it was a quick needed a refill of some med. Maybe yours could do a quick meeting or a phone call at least. It is so discouraging to wait months for an appt & then miss it. I have done it countless times

I'm sorry you missed your appointment and sorry you have to wait so long to see him. Can understand your being dissappointed that you missed. Sounds like you have learned some the coping skills. You may need them to get through this rough patch. Hope you feel better soon.
