Well we do tend to deal with overwhelm a little differently than the average bear. If you still feel like shutting down tomorrow maybe make some ph calls. I know you said you cant see your pdoc til Dec but is there some other way of getting him to do a med change or something or get help from psych er? Or just see if you can get some company through the next few days and see if it lets up?

Im supposed to have lunch with friends tomorrow. Thats always fun.

Lunch with friends will be great! I think its the inactivity, the middle of my back is sore from all these couch naps I've been taking. Time to do some STRETCHING yep, it just cracked very loudly lol

Maybe part of its the time change too. Hopefully you arent getting sick! I think some distraction from the overwhelm will help and your friends seem willing to be there for you when the timing is right. I know its complicated.

Oh my goodness lunch sounds like heaven! I understand, got to spend lunchtime talking weddingpplans with my kids, that was fun, now back to real life. I'm Not alone so thats good. Feeling sleepy though, pdoc warned me the new med might do that. I'd say yes it is.
