Moose, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way, thats what my mixed episodes are like and they are miserable, I think more miserable than just feeling sad. More dangerous to me too, Anxiety is a potent fuel. I totally understand the appeal of the trio, I felt it week before this past one. But its the illness being ugly to you. Would you please seek help if the lure gets strong?

Yeah my hub went from fox news to Discovery channel, to How its Made and now boxing. There's advantages to him not being home all week
 his tv choices suck! I've been on fb and pc and playing with the dog, its been a quiet night

If you are feeling anxious I dont see why not. I mean I know I worry about taking the klonopin sometimes but I dont take it often and when I do, its really needed. If you are possibly mixed with loads of anxiety, well, thats why you got it prescribed. Just so long as you take it by itself.

Then I guess decide if you can go to sleep without it, maybe use the benadryl if you need the help. Then use the ativan during your wake hours if things get anxious.
