me too. I'm afraid my husband will get sick of this seemingly never-ending depressive phase and leave me. Deep down, I know it's an irrational fear but my self esteem is so low right now that it's easy for me to doubt his love.

The only reason I want to have sex with my husband right now is because I know he wants it. My sex drive is currently very low with my depression

My psych nurse said on sex to start it out as fun play. Like a little hugging, a kiss or shoulder massage. Another words it's ok if we don't get it on right away.
