I spent 15 minutes cuddling and petting Michelle, my PTSD cat and only got bitten 3 times instead of the previous 15-20 times. I think there is hope for her.

Oh and I answered the phone when my dr called ... only to find out I now have Grave's disease. Hmm maybe why I've been feeling so ill lately.

That's awesome. I remember setting aside simple tasks for myself like keeping my room clean, keeping my car clean, etc and found that it elevated me far beyond a lot of people. Sometimes obsession can work out for you.
