Made coffee & breakfast, took my meds & vitamins, did my exercises & talked to my daughter.

Made some chocolate brownies for my daughter and did the housework. My wife should hopefully be pleased.

Prepared for an important appointment. It went well. Did a load of dishes. Relaxed after the appointment by talking to my childhood friend and listening to music.

Cut myself some slack. I have a low grade migraine, with nausea but no vomiting, and I am in bed browsing the board and listening to music on YT.
Sometimes it is good to just give yourself a break. |

Got up dressed and left the house early to do errands, enjoyed the beutiful crisp clear sunny weather by taking the back roads and avoiding traffic.

Lots of positives today
I had a mammogram, and it came back all good Went to the pdoc and it was a good appointment Used the Keg gift certificates that I had gotten for gifts, and had a super dinner Came home and took my dog for walk (27 below 0 out here)
